    Production area: Collio
    Grape variety: 100% Pinot Grigio
    Soil composition: Marl and sandstone exposed to the southeast at 180 meters above sea level.
    Fermentation and refinery: The grapes are de-stemmed, crushed and undergo an alcoholic fermentation by indigenous yeasts with maceration of the skins for 20 days in open oak vats. Aging takes place for 12 months in large Slavonian oak barrels, 11 months in steel tanks and 12 months in bottles.
    Alcohol Content: 14.0% vol.
    Tasting notes: Amber-colored rose with copper tones, wide and variegated with notes of dried rose, raisins in spirit and aromatic herbs with spicy and balsamic details, rich and sumptuous body, of caressing softness.
    Pairing Suggestions: Risotto with Mushroom, smoked salmon, aged cheese, white meat cheese.
