'Duality’ by the award-winning Specogna winery comes from a combination (Duality) of Sauvignon Blanc grapes produced in vineyards with opposite characteristics. Indeed, a cru has southern exposition which allows the grapes to reach a maturation to provide structure, warmth and softness. The other vineyard is exposed to the northeast, an area that suffers the most of the temperature range ensuring more varietal aromatic notes and a higher acidity that gives great freshness.
