Temperature for Serving: Cold! 7-8 °C Alcohol Percentage:11% Tasting notes: This prosecco is balanced, not too sweet, not too dry, with slight notes of pear on the nose. On the palate, it is refreshing and crisp. Serving Suggestions: It pairs well with fish and cheese, is wonderful as an aperitif, and great for making Spritz Aperol or your favorite summer cooler.
Don't be scared of an unfiltered beauty! The "new unfiltered prosecco" - although not called Prosecco due to being produced outside the Prosecco region of Italy, this sparkling wine from Specogna winery is made of 100% Glera grapes like a traditional prosecco, yet reflects the minerality and flavors of the Friuli region.
