An excellent accompaniment to fish dishes.

    Vineyards: Old vines on soils with marl and sandstone, exposed to the southeast and 180 meters above sea level.
    Winemaking: Alcoholic fermentation by indigenous yeasts with maceration of the skins tor 7 days in open oak vats.
    Aging: 12 months in large oak barrels.
    Alcohol Content: 14% vol.
    Tasting notes Color: bright golden yellow. Scent: intense and varietal of sage and green pepper, with resinous details and candied citrus. Taste: Rich and intense, with a substantial body and a pleasantly saline finish.
