  • Typology: Sweet white wine 
    Production area: Colli Orientali del Friuli
    Grape variety: 100% Verduzzo Friulano 
    Harvesting: By hand in September.
    Fermentation and refinery: Grapes are de-stemmed, then soft pressing with subsequent decantation. Fermentation is completed at controlled temperature, then the must is poured out in specific barriques at just the right moment. The wine will remain in barriques to mature until bottling.
    Alcohol: 13.0%
    Temperature for Serving: 12-14°C
    Tasting notes: Intense gold yellow in color. Intense aromas of dried fruit. On the palate it is sweet and luscious, tannic, and full-bodied.
    Serving Suggestions: Pairs well with most desserts, spicy cheese, or blue cheese like Gorgonzola. Treat yourself with a pairing of foie gras or pumpkin gnocchi. Finally, it is excellent by itself and well-chilled to conclude a meal.
