Chardonnay (2018)

il Carpino

  • You've never had a Chardonnay quite like this! The Il Carpino winery near the Slovenian border makes lovely minimal intervention wines. This reserve Chardonnay is made with 7 days of skin contact and aged in large Slavonian oak for a year followed by aging in stainless steel, then held in bottle for several years before release. It's a unique expression of a classic varietal definitely worth a try.
