    Harvesting: By hand and mechanical, late September
    Fermentation and refinery: Must from the soft crushed grapes is cooled down and allowed to settle before racking and inoculation with cultured yeasts. Fermentation is carried out at a controlled temperature.
    Temperature for Serving: 8-10 °C
    Tasting notes: Straw yellow with greenish highlights. A dry wine with tropical fruits and spices.
    Serving Suggestions: Beautiful with Cioppino and any fish stew, grilled crustaceans and risotto.
