Typology: Rosé wine Production area: Colli Orientali del Friuli Rosazzo Grape variety: 100% Merlot Vinification: Grapes are de-stemmed, crushed and left to macerate for a couple of hours. The must obtained is fermented in stainless steel at a controlled temperature. The aging of the wine will continue in stainless steel tanks until bottling, which usually takes place at the end of April or May. Alcohol Percentage: 14.5% Tasting notes: Cherry pink color.
