Matured on the lees until March. Alcohol content: 12.5% vol. Temperature for serving: 12°C Tasting notes: Lively straw color and pleasant fruity aroma. The flavor is lively, dray and soft, yet balanced with just the right hint of tang and acidity. Great minerality, typical of the whites from this region, rounds it out. Serving Suggestions: Pairs excellently with shellfish and delicate fish dishes including mussels.
