  • This wine is brought to you directly by the founders of Friuli Italian Wines! Vinified in stainless steel and aged in small oak barriques, this smooth red wine is warm and velvety with great structure and balance. Definitely one to pair with a nice meal.

    Production area: Friuli-Venezia Giulia
    Fermentation and refinery: Malolactic fermentation for four months in stainless steel. One year in small barriques of French, Californian and Austrian oaks, then one year in large barrels of Slavonian, French and Austrian oaks. 4-6 months in bottles before selling.
    Tasting notes: Intense ruby red color with brown, almost dark nuances. On the nose notes of vanilla, raspberry, green notes, mature fruits and spices. Warm, velvety, soft, and spicy with long persistence and great structure.
    Serving Suggestions: Pairs well with nice pasta with sauce and any kind of ragù. Meat is always a great combo, even game or white meat.
