Training System: Guyot Fermentation and refinery: Manual harvesting for grape selection, de-stemmed and soft pressing with subsequent decantation. Fermentation is completed at controlled temperature and when the reaches the desired degree, the must is poured out in specific barriques. The wine will remain to mature until the bottling. Alcohol Content: 13% vol. Temperature for Serving: 12-14°C Tasting notes: Intense gold yellow in color. Aroma: intense dried fruit. Flavor: sweet, tannic, full-bodied. Serving Suggestions: Pairs well with spicy cheeses and desserts, or wonderful by itself to conclude a meal.
