    Grape variety: 100% Pinot Grigio
    Fermentation and refinery: The grapes are de-stemmed, crushed and undergo an alcoholic fermentation by indigenous yeasts with maceration of the skins for 20 days in open oak vats. Aging takes place for 12 months in large Slavonian oak barrels, 11 months in steel tanks and 12 months in bottles.
    Alcohol: 14.0%
    Tasting notes: Amber-colored rose with copper tones, wide and variegated with notes of dried rose, raisins, and aromatic herbs with spicy and balsamic hints. Rich and sumptuous body, of caressing softness.
    Pairing Suggestions: Risotto with mushrooms, smoked salmon, aged cheeses, and white meat.
