    Harvesting: By hand.
    Fermentation and refinery: Around 3 days of maceration, during this time the wine takes on its unique coppery hue. Racking and fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless tanks. Refinement in steel tanks until the following spring when bottling takes place.
    Alcohol: 13.0%
    Tasting notes: Light pink color with coppery highlights. The aroma yields notes of flowers and fruits such as apple, pear and berries. Tasting yields sweet and creamy notes through which an intense and persistent fruity sensation emerges.
