Training System: Guyot Fermentation and refinery: Manual harvest for grape selection, de-stemming and soft pressing with subsequent decantation. Fermentation at controlled temperature is followed by 7 months of maturation in steel tanks with several levels of Bâtonage. The wine is then filtered and bottled and will then be aged in bottles. Alcohol Content: 13.5% vol. Tasting notes: Straw-yellow in color. Fruity aromas of apple, banana and hints of spring flowers. The
flavor is dry, elegant, velvety, and balances with the aroma. Serving Suggestions: Excellent as an aperitif, perfect as a light fish starter, pasta and rice with seafood, vegetable soups, and pasta.
