After racking and pressing of the skins,
the must placed in a tank where it awaits the end of the alcoholic fermentation and malolactic fermentation. The wine is filtered and bottled during the following July, then a long period of bottle aging follows. Alcohol Content: 13.5% vol. Tasting notes: Ruby red in color. Aromatic hints of red fruit, full and fragrant. Flavorful, mineral rich and dry

Serving Suggestions: Pairs well with spicy cheeses and desserts, or wonderful by itself to conclude a meal.
