Soft pressing and subsequent decanting of the must in tank stainless steel. At the end of the decanting, the must is put back in amphora. The wine will then remain for about 8-9 months in amphora. Bottling will follow and then a period of bottle aging for at least one year before selling. Alcohol Percentage: 13.5% Temperature for serving: 10-12°C Tasting notes: Intense straw yellow in color with light green reflections. The nose hints of apple and white flowers. The taste is dry, fruity and with moderate acidity. After racking and pressing the skins, the must is placed in a tank where it awaits the end of the alcoholic fermentation and malo-lactic fermentation. The wine is filtered and bottled the following July, then a long period of bottle aging follows. Alcohol: 13.5% Tasting notes: Ruby red in color. Aromatic hints of red fruit, full and fragrant. The wine is then filtered and bottled, then a period of aging in bottles before release. Alcohol Content: 13.5% vol. Tasting notes: Straw yellow in color. Fruity aromas of apple, banana and hints of spring flowers. The flavor is dry, elegant, velvety, and reflects the aromas.
