Soft pressing and subsequent decanting of the must in tank stainless steel. At the end of the decanting, the must is put back in amphora. The wine will then remain for about 8-9 months in amphora. Bottling will follow and then a period of bottle aging for at least one year before selling. Alcohol Percentage: 13.5% Temperature for serving: 10-12°C Tasting notes: Intense straw yellow in color with light green reflections. The nose hints of apple and white flowers. The taste is dry, fruity and with moderate acidity. Alcohol: 13.0% Temperature for Serving: 12-14°C Tasting notes: Intense gold yellow in color. Intense aromas of dried fruit. On the palate it is sweet and luscious, tannic, and full-bodied.
