Grape variety: 100% Merlot
Vinification: Grapes are de-stemmed, crushed and left to macerate for a couple of hours. The must obtained is fermented in stainless steel at a controlled temperature. The aging of the wine will continue in stainless steel tanks until bottling, which usually takes place at the end of April or May.
Alcohol Percentage: 14.5%
Tasting notes: Cherry pink color. Strawberry and raspberry scent with a full, fresh and lively flavor.
Serving Suggestions: It goes well with foods or as an aperitif, with cold cuts, pizza, pan-fried or roasted white meats and vegetables with cheese.

This is the Ferrari of all rosè. With secondary in-bottle fermentation, a hand-selected mix of the best grapes of each varietal (Chardonnay, Pinot Nero, Pinot Bianco), and the powerhouse of sparkling winemakers from Pittaro winery, this rosè is definitely not your average sparkling wine. Still great for all occasions, by the pool, at happy hour, or with a cheese plate, fish, meat, or veggies, this rosè is sure to please even the most advanced palates.

Fermentation and refinery: The first fermentation of Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc takes place in steel, while for Pinot Noir there is a very short stop on the skins to add body and the beautiful color. All varietals are then refined for a few months on the lees before combination and bottling where the second fundamental fermentation takes place. The subsequent stop of the wine in contact with the yeasts requires a minimum duration of 24 months. The disgorgement and a small addition of liquer d'expedition close the production cycle and the bottles, after a few months' rest in the cellar, are ready to be tasted.
Temperature for Serving: Ice Cold! 4-6 °C
Alcohol Percentage: 11%
Tasting notes: The visual aspect is characterized by a soft pink color and a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose the yeast notes are well pronounced, the fruit sensations are more delicate, be it red, dry or tropical. The taste is fresh, well-structured, and harmonious.
Serving Suggestions: Pink Brut Rosé is ideal as an aperitif but also as an accompaniment to tasty appetizers, first courses based on fish, meat, or vegetables. Excellent in combination with fish second courses. Excellent between meals. Never use it after a meal, with or without sweets! Always keep the bottles lying down, in a cool and dark place, putting them in the fridge only for the time necessary to bring them to temperature. To serve it correctly, tilt the bottle to a 45° angle and remove the cap slowly, gently venting the gas without making a sound.

Grape variety: Cabernet Sauvignon 70%, Merlot 30%
Fermentation and refinery: The grapes are first pressed and then de-stemmed. Then they are transferred to the pneumatic press where they are pressed softly. The obtained “flower must” is then transferred into automatic vessels for the fermentation which is activated by selected yeasts and controlled temperature. Following aging in stainless steel tanks.
Alcohol: 12.5% vol.
Temperature for Serving: 10-12°C, 54-57°F
Tasting notes: Elegant, with vague herbal overtones.
Pairing Suggestions: First courses, white meat, fish dishes with sauce.
